Healthy Choices

We all make choices everyday. What time to get up, what to wear, to work out or not, fries and burger or a grilled chicken salad and so on.  In regards to a healthy fit lifestyle choices should be easy. But then again some may be difficult. When we are trying to get that happy, healthy toned body our choices on what we intake DO matter. Good nutrition is very simple. Loosing weight is a simple scientific process. Make great food choices, burn off more than you intake and you will loose weight.  So if you are in fight to battle that bulge, loose those few extra pounds or wherever you personally are - make great healthy choices. The apple on the left is around 80 calories and GREAT FOR YOU!! The bar of chocolate is around 500, full of sugar and fat, so it may not be the best. So the more you intake in poor food choices the more you have to burn off in a workout.
After training women for over 30 years I realize women CANNOT live without chocolate! So make a choice to have a taste and not a meal of it. Modify to fit your lifestyle. Life is here to enjoy and we need not sacrifice EVERYTHING to get great end results. Just make great choices -
