Feeling Bloated?

Feeling bloated? Try adding some parsley to your diet. It's claimed to be a natural diuretic and flushed excess fluid from the body. Parsley contains antioxidants, folic acid, vitamin C and vitamin A. Its been known to assist in helping to control blood pressure and it's also used as an anti-inflammatory. 

The two most popular types of Parsley are Curly and Italian Flat Leaf.  The flat leaf is said to have a better flavor. Curly is described as being more bitter. Parsley can be added to dishes like stews, sauces, salads, sautes, rice, and even add some to your meatballs ! So sigh a breath of relief..after all the garlic, the best news is it will leave you with fresh breath as it acts as a natural freshener.
