Country Style Boneless Beef Ribs

By Lisa VanWilliams

This is a simple easy bake recipe packed with southern barbeque flavor. We do a little dry rub on the ribs before we cook them.  The house will smell amazing and you can adjust the seasonings to your preferences.  When I say a sprinkle I do coat each side evenly, then I flip them over and do the other side too.  You can opt to cook these on the grill, but it's cold and windy outside so the oven works great too!

Ingredients:
2.5 pounds boneless beef country style ribs
Sprinkle:
salt & pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
Montreal Steak seasoning
cumin
dry mustard
olive oil
1 cup favorite barbeque sauce

Directions:
You can marinate these overnight in the dry rub or you can cook them right away.  Preheat oven to 350.  Lay out the ribs on a baking sheet and marinate them. Drizzle them with olive oil.  Bake them in them oven uncovered for 40 mins. Cover them with your favorite and sauce and bake them for 20 more mins. Enjoy!
