My daughter has sensitive skin and she can't usually wear the Disney multi-packs decorated with her favorite characters or her skin breaks out in welts. We found a few organic cotton alternatives and she has not had any reactions from them. Organic cotton products are believed to be softer and easier on your skin because the cotton is not treated with pesticides or fertilizers = fewer allergens. Some cotton undies we found for kids available on the market have a strange cut to them or they are just plain and boring. We researched brands and these were our two top picks.
Hanna Andersson is an American company based out of Portland, Or and they specialize in children's organic apparel. They make super-soft cozy quality pieces that are timeless. Plus they do good things for the children of the USA by providing grants, donating millions of dollars in clothing for kids in need, emergency relief, and they also run a twice yearly "HannaHelps" program where they collect clothing and books for children in stores across the country. They sell 3-packs for $18, the training pants cost a bit more at 3 for $26. There is a outlet location in Clinton Crossing, CT if you live local. You can also check them out online here:

Our second pick was Underdoodles, a Canadian company started by a mom of 3 who was tired of buying products "Made in China". They manufacture these items in India using certified organic cotton in a chemical free environment. The undies have whimsical unique designs on them like insects, sea creatures, or musical instruments. They are super soft to the touch and you can feel the quality. They are around $12 a pair. If you order a set of 3, they give you a free travel bag with a clean and dirty side. Duck Duck Goose sells them in Milford, CT if you live local. You can also check out Underdoodles on their website online here:

When compared to the conventional cotton which can irritate the skin and can cause allergic reactions, organic cotton kids sleepwear and clothes are a better and healthier option. It is proven that organic cotton does not cause allergies or other type of irritations. This is especially important for kids and babies because they have more sensitive skin and are more sensitive to chemicals.
