Herb Crusted Bottom Round Recipe Review

We had to try this recipe we found for Herb-Crusted Roast Beef from www.tasteofhome.com on Pinterest that had 2,066 repins and 138 likes to see what all the fuss was about anddd... it's worthy! If you like the taste of Dijon, this would work for you. I made a rustic potato & carrot herb mix, some gravy with the leftover drippings, and some Yorkshire Pudding (because my husband is spoiled).

Put meat fat side up for roasting


Coat meat with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon & Worcestershire

Cover meat with spice mix of parsley, basil, salt, pepper, tarragon & thyme



Bake in oven to desired internal temp



Potato and carrot medley


Yorkshire Pudding
