You can have a high-quality, fast food, healthy lunch for a fraction of the price from Whole Foods prepped deli. We made this incredible tasting lunch for two for roughly $10. The Tilapia was $14.99 a pound but since it's fish it does not weigh that much, so I ended up paying $9.44 for two pieces weighing a little over a ½ pound.
I reheated the fish in the oven for 10 minutes, drizzled with lemon, and placed over a bed of lettuce and goat cheese with a balsamic dressing. Delicious! If your local Whole Foods sells these, try them out and you wont be disappointed. The crust in incredible. Enjoy!
